• Firstly, sunscreen, we want you to ensure you are well protected from the sun, a hat and sunglasses, beach towel and a whole lot of fun for a wonderful experience. If you want to being any additional snacks or drinks feel free.

Our tours will start from two primary locations. Jolly Harbour Marina, at the pick up jetty in front of Sea Dream Restaurant. Alternatively we can pick up from the main tour pontoon in St. Johns. There maybe potential for other pick up locations, however these would need to be requested on the Concierge form at the time of booking. There is no guarantee, however, and we can’t advise if there is an additional charge, however you can always ask the question and we could advise via message or email after booking.

• We have all the Cressi Snorkling equipment onboard and there is more than enough for everyone with various sized flippers etc.

• We have a stocked bar offering a selection of local beers, (iced cold of course!!) Our local Antiguan Rum Punch, and a selection of soft drinks. (Please note no alcohol shall be served before any snorkelling -Safety first)

• Seasonal fruit will be available to freshen the palette during the day.

• Thrive has an onboard private cabin for those who need bathroom and shower facilities, including a shower on the back of the boat

• Too Nocturnal also has a private bathroom facility.

• Our Captain and Crew are all qualified as per Adams regulations and meet the industry standard to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. And being local they have extensive knowledge and experience.

• FlexiAntigua has comprehensive insurance, offering peace of mind.

Cancellations are rare, however there may be an occasion where the tour needs to be cancelled.

• We will cancel or suggest a reschedule (if your time permits) if there has been a small craft weather advisory notice issued by the weather bureau.

• Cancellations made by you with minimum a 2 weeks notice will be refunded, less a 2% administrative charge.

Our booking system is relatively straightforward.

• Choose the vessel, “Thrive” or “Too Nocturnal” and which experience you would like to go on.

• the tour you choose will also display a Concierge/Extra’s section should you wish anything additional on the tour, which will also include costs.

• You will also have the opportunity to submit a “requests” page where you can ask any other questions. We will review and respond within 24 hours to confirm choices and if there are any additional costs.

• Finally, you will proceed to a checkout area where full payment is required at the time of booking. This process uses the Stripe payment/banking tool and therefore accepts most major payment methods. we are not responsible for any additional charges that are added by banks etc.

• Once the booking is recieved by us you will receive a formal notification confirming your booking and any other requests.

Currently we have two boats in our fleet. These are:-

• Saxdor 400 GTC is a new 41 ft luxury glass enclosed sports cruiser. With twin folding Side terraces, Private bathroom with shower options. A very comfortable lounge dining area, Forward sun deck and rear Lounge Deck. for relaxing in the sun, or enjoying an ice cold beverage. Performance by way of twin 350HP V10 Yamaha Engines, and a V stepped Hull offering comfortable cruising.

• Galleon “Galia” 770 Performance Cruiser, Fishing/Day Boat. At 26 ft in Length and twin Suzuki Outboards this is a sporty Boat designed for fun cruising options, and our Private fishing charters. Suitable for 4 guests and crew, the boat has internal cabin with bathroom, A forward sundeck for cruising and lounging around while taking in the scenery and comfortable fishing space on the rear of the boat. She has just arrived from Europe and ready for your experience.

We are more than capable of building your private charter around your Cruise timetable. While we have our own schedule for tours, we also recognise that the cruise ship arrives and leaves at certain times.

Rest assured we will meet you in St John’s at the time you require and ensure that you are back to your Cruise ship with the mandatory Cruise requirement of “boarding one hour before departure” from antigua. You need to advise us of your requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure we can schedule your special day on the Island.

We definitely welcome families onboard. We have all the relavent safety equipment on board, including life vests. Our Captain and crew will pay particular attention to the smaller people and support you as parents during the tour to ensure you have the greatest family experience.

the beauty of an experience with us, is the flexibility to choose a venue should you wish to go ashore.

The booking form includes a section where you can outline you additional requests and our Captain will discuss options on the day of the charter based on those requests.

We work closely with various dining venues around the island, your dining experience away from the boat is as just as important to us as it is for you and our Captain will schedule the best time.

Remember that all dining experiences are at your own expense. We would happily suggest a venue if you ask us at the time of booking
